Delete email notification in pending

Hello everyone,

So I've a little problem with the email notifications. One month ago, I've enabled the email notifications on my Zabbix Server. But I didn't receive the emails, until today. Nonetheless, when I checked my inbox this morning, there were more than 30,000 emails. I assume that they were pending notifications since the activation of the email notifications. Can someone tell me how to delete all the pending notifications ?

try to check at mysql if maybe you can see it there :
select * from zabbixdb.media_type limit 5;

maybe status colum.

if not there then i have no idea
