'When Active' Schedules?

In Media, the When Active defines the day of the week and the time in military format. My question is, with 1-7 does the 1 start on a sunday or monday??
I can't find this in the docs, forum or wiki... and it's kinda important.

I'm using it to only notify support staff during their working hours.

1 - Monday, 2- Tuesday, ..., 7 - Sunday. It will be documented.
