SystemD template

I've imported the systemd table to our zabbix installation, and added the an host to the template for testing.

The agent is just updated from the "old" agent(1) to agent2.

I cannot see any items in the new template though, so im quite sure im missing an step, but what ?

The issue was the tempalte is created as passive, but we run active checks. As soon as I changed the discovery rules to active I got data.

Probably the configuations files was overwrited.
Check if process is running, and if both versions are running, make sure only version 2 is up.
Check if hostname or IP is the same on Zabbix (front end) and in the configuration file. Also, the Zabbix Server hostname or IP must be correct, and accessible.

If any of this was corrected, you need to restart the process.

Only version2 is up. The config file was updated as well, and other items are still beeing updated without issues using version2.

So, your template does a LLD (Discovery Rules), when it runs, with the results it obtained; your items would be created. If it haven't happened yet, you need to validate why.
I suggest open in Hosts/Filter by your host, go to Discovered rules, there may have an Red Icon, with mouse hover it, an tolltip with the error mesage you search for will be displayed...
