We are new to Zabbix and we want to monitor our infrastructure, but as we are not much Engineers, we want to automate the Linking of Templates and sort the Hosts in correspondent groups.
As a try we made a Discovery rule where our Network will search for mysql.ping with the Zabbix Agent:
The Host it self autoregister with Zabbix Agent Active ant go to some Basic Groups for example Linux Hosts.
After taht I set up a Discovery Action where the condition is set that when the check mysql.ping get's a value 1, it should put it in a correspondent Group and Link it to the correspondent Template. See also the Screenshots.
But nothing happens. I think we have some missconfiguration somewhere, but I don't understand where.
Somebody can help us out to understand this and how to setup these Chacks and Actions?
