Mibs to template - Zabbix 7

Hi Everyone,

Does anyone know if they managed to convert mibs to a zabbix template in zabbix 7? Every time I have tried I get a error message. Has anyone had any success? Please do let me know.

mib2zabbix.pl? it is old, it is outdated, you cannot use it... there is no replacement.

Ok thanks for letting me know. What are users doing instead? Are they importing mibs? Is their any documentation regarding this?

What is your use case? Why you even need to import MIB-s?
To get for example traps configured, I used a mib browser, exported traps to csv, manipulated that info a bit, added some stuff, that I needed for traps and triggers (some tags etc) and then wrote a script, which inserted it all over API...

I wanted to monitor RUCKUS ICX Switches. I am new to using Zabbix and I was reading online one way of doing this was to use MIBS and then convert them to templates.
