export import data with trigger configuration

I am currently working on changing the zabbix server. The old server is version 4, the new one is the latest stable 7. We are not importing the old database, we want to start from scratch, so the configuration is clean.
The problem I am facing. For example: in the new zabbix I have imported the template XXX and several hundred hosts to this template. Most of the hosts required manual correction in the data collection configuration and triggers - each has it differently depending on the needs and hardware configuration. Is it possible to extract the host configuration from the old zabbix together with this specific configuration regarding the template?
