    Zabbix Incorrect User Acount

We just started noticing this on a client site. Citrix XenApp is reporting around 3,500 users, but the graph (Citrix Terminal Active Sessions by Node) shows about 2,200. It looks like it's missing about 10 users per server, so it's reporting around 35, but should be reporting 45 per server. And these are active users. I made sure I wasn't counting inactive users within XenApp, since XenApp can be deceiving at times.

I tried deleting the server out, reapplying the template, but still occurs.

Any suggestions on what might be occurring?

    Thanks!

Thanks for the response. So I did what you asked, and I discovered something I already knew, but forgot. Within XenApp, it shows the user count per application. The user might have the application open 2 times, counting that as 2 users, but that's only 1 unique user. If I go to CMD and run 'quser' it shows only unique users, which matches what Zabbix is showing. I was assuming it was pulling info from XenApp, but it was not.
