Looking for Zabbix-templates-for-Active-Directory/ADReplication.

We are looking for a Zabbix Template for Active Directory/ AD replication. We saw a template on github but the problem is it is for Zabbix 4.0 which is not compatible with our 6.0 zabbix installation. Can anyone tell us if there is a more recent version anywhere?

Can you provide the template for Zabbix 4, maybe with some modifications it works
