Expose http UI Zabbix Server over VPN wireguard

Hello,
I have a wireguard server and several pieces of equipment in different locations linked to this server. I need to connect the end terminals with the Zabbix server UI to commit regular HTTP operations. The Wireguard server and Zabbix server are not in the same machine. I'm also using Apache like web server. I should expose the private IP like the endpoint, but there are things I don't get, so... can anybody help me?

Are the VPN server and Zabbix server on same network though? If yes, the terminals might be reachable by setting routing paths.
By "Apache like" you mean Apache?
Also, is web server on the same network as other servers? Please give some insight about your network setup.

Hello,
wireguard client typically creates an interface for each VPN that belongs to (wg0, wg1, wg2). The challenge is creating a unique Zabbix server with visibility of all VPNs (and all clients) and ingesting data from all clients. In the main case inside the VPN, the IP assignation will be the same. So it's critical to differentiate for instance: 10.1.1.1-wg1 from 10.1.1.1-wg2 receiving data and sending it.
About the webserver I can use Nginx or Apache I don't have a clear criterion about the best strategy for this use case.
