monitoring application .log file

Iam looking for to monitor Winscp ( ftp ) transfer script with zabbix

I have Zabbix 6.4 , on my windows serveur Agent active is configured,
i want to create an item to read this logs ( 1 log / 15 min )
when the transfer is successful , i have an information " UPLOAD SUCCESSFUL"

i try to create the item on the serveur but no information is collected
can you help me to put this spécific monitring ?
