connection failed and server log keep sending Authen failed
Hello everyone,
I connected Avaya Aura Media Server to Zabbix three days ago and zabbix can poll information from my device but today the connection between them seem to have a problem. Zabbix cannot poll data and after i check zabbix_server log. There are a message mentioned that "Authentication failed for my device" and on the zabbix GUI at some item have the error as the picture above. I have recheck the configuration by rechecking the configuration on device and also using command "snmpwalk" to ensure zbx can check info at my device and IT CAN!. Therefore, i think it is not the problem at configuration but in zbx server log keep sending the same error as "Authentication failed" IT confuse me. Then i check the port between them and it already open, seem fine. Hence, does anyone has idea to solve this problem? I really appreciate for your help.
