Zabbix agent2 active doesn't work on Ubuntu20?

My server and my active agent2 work fine under Debian 12 in version 1:7.2.1-1+debian12

On an Ubuntu20 host, I've installed the same version but the service doesn't start (I'm able to launch the agent directly in one shot) and I can't see anything in the logs.

I've compared the service file under Debian12 and Ubuntu20, and the only difference I can see is the addition of this config:
/run/systemd/system/service.d/zzz-lxc-service.conf
[Service]
ProtectControlGroups=no
ProtectKernelTunables=no
NoNewPrivileges=no
ProtectHome=no
ProtectSystem=no
PrivateDevices=no
PrivateTmp=no
ProtectKernelLogs=no
ProtectKernelModules=no
ReadWritePaths=

From what I understand this removes restrictions so I conclude that the problem doesn't come from there ... but from where then?

Does a reader using Zbbix have the same problem?
Can sb think of a cause for the problem?Any complementary tests to do?

Found that after installation /etc/zabbix/zabbix_agent2.conf was not readable by zabbix.
When I tested he command manually, I used root taht created the log file under root. that created the second problem.
After corrected these two problems everything work fine.
