Zabbix 7.0r3 to 7.2 - 403 Forbidden

Hi, I'm the one who stuck at this problem.

I use the apache (httpd) for web hosting.

When upgraded Zabbix, the pop-up message with the command to run and I ran it.

After that, I got the 403 error Forbidden.

Could you please guide me on how to troubleshoot this problem?

what folder and what user permission should I check on that?

Could you explain what kind of setup you have and which component of Zabbix were you upgrading?
Were you following the documentation?
Also show the command that you ran. Check if your web server configuration is as intended, and make sure no other web server is running on the same port.

Are you using any other authentication method to login to UI instead of basic? please check your web configuration file again.
