ZBX-25765 bug after update 7.07

I upgraded Zabbix server from 6.0 to 7.07
After the upgrade, I encountered the bug in the link below and the Zabbix server is constantly restarting.

In Zabbix 7.2.1 release notes this bug was fixed and I updated Zabbix to 7.21.

Now when I try to log in to Zabbix I get the error below.

Database error
The Zabbix database version does not match current requirements. Your database version: 7020000. Required version: 7000000. Please contact your system administrator.

The Zabbix startup log contains the log below.

1436:20241226:093409.307 current database version (mandatory/optional): 07020000/07020000
1436:20241226:093409.307 required mandatory version: 07020000

There is no problem in the startup log, the requested version is installed. But why is this error on the frontend?

ok my mistake
I forgot to update other components. It's about ngnx.
problem solved after updating all components.
