EVENT.DATE/TIME stopped working

Hi all

I have recently upgraded to 3.0.8 and since then my actions that logs calls to our call logging system stoped working correctly. through investigation we found that where we have

Time of Error:
{EVENT.DATE}-{EVENT.TIME}

it used to give it to us correctly but now the output is

either just the year or just the year and month

ex (Before)
2017.01.15 - 13:01:20

ex (Now)
2017.03.
or
2017.

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated

try like this :
Time: {EVENT.TIME} {DATE}

Thanks for the note, the problem is bigger, there is an bug that is causing this problem from the action side
