Zabbix initial install issues on ubuntu noble

Why does it show this?

ive tried uninstalling and installing twice but to no avail.

Please HELP!!


Let me know if i need to upload logs or something.

Also i can log into the MySql database on the cli with the credentials so its definitely not a credential issue.
