JMX availablity status not showing Red or Green

    HI All,
I am trying out Zabbix, I am using 3.2.3 on Ubuntu 16.04 LTS, my zabbix server instance and zabbix-java-gateway is running fine, I have created few hosts to be monitored using JMX. I have given the JMX interfaces the correct IP , now it has been more than 1 hour I have created this entry
    given the interface for JMX
    Added JMX template
In the host availability, JMX is not shown at all, it is not showing RED or Green at all
If the JMX query is not working, it should show Red , I am getting lost.
Why the availability status is not all shown
    Thanks
    Joseph John

Yes I have added JMX templated

      Hi batchenr,
      Thanks for the reply
Yes I have added the JMX templates, and my log files are
      tail -30 /var/log/zabbix/zabbix_java_gateway.log
      2017-03-14 03:41:55.471 [main] INFO com.zabbix.gateway.JavaGateway - Zabbix Java Gateway 3.2.3 (revision 64610) has started
      2017-03-14 03:41:55.477 [main] INFO com.zabbix.gateway.JavaGateway - listening on /0.0.0.0:10052
zabbix-vava-fateway is installed on the same serer as the Zabbix server

      I checked the /var/log/zabbix/zabbix_server.log
Other than generic messages there is not much information about JMX gateway and services
      Thanks
      Joseph John

      Thanks

For SNMP, and Zabbix client, I am getting data and event notification, not for JMX

if you dont have any error \ somthing we cant know what is the issue
can you make debug at zabbix_server.conf make it 4
and try to look for some logs.
