Upgrading from 6.4 to 7.0.8, need to update php-fpm and not sure of the process

Due to some recent vulns, we need to update our Zabbix server from 6.4 to 7.0.8. To do so, we need to update php (we are running php-fpm) from 7.4 to 8.2.

I have been unable to find a good document describing the upgrade process for php-fpm, so I am hoping someone here has one available or a link to one.

FYI, we are in a very locked down environment, and I don't have access to many external repos.

As the process differs between different repos then you won't get any help without mentioning which distro.

Thanks - I normally add that info, but in this case was typing in a hurry. It is running on RHEL 8.

Having typed that up, I built my own lab in a VM to test, and the procedure is pretty simple.

      # yum module reset php

      # yum module enable php:8.2 -y

      # yum module list php (make sure 8.2 is showing as default)

      # yum install php php-fpm -y
