Add MIBs to Zabbix?

Hey, I am having trouble with this and the documentation is very lacking...

I have added a MIB to the Zabbix server (/usr/share/snmp/mibs). Now when I do SNMPGET/SNMPWALK on the device it works fine.

But Zabbix is still giving me "cannot parse OID" errors, despite the OID working when I use SNMPGET. How can I solve this?
