Juniper MX template shows an [X] for BGP neighbors

I decided to use the MX template for the QFX Layer 3 device. Zabbix pulls the 2 bgp neighbors I have but displays an [X] for the second neighbor.
Does anyone know if this can be a simple fix or is the MX template incorrect for what I am doing?
