zabbix_get

I have been looking for some help on executing the key(of ITEM) directly from zabbix server to check if works before I could add to a template. I came across this utility "zabbix_get" but is not installed on my zabbix server.
I am using version 3.0 and unsure on how to install "zabbix_get" to get it working. Any help is appreciated.

Usually it's either in zabbix-agent package or in a separate zabbix-get package.
