A new Template Import fails - What rights/permission are required

Hello All. A new Template Import fails - Error:
Import failed
Group "Templates/Modules" does not exist.
So, what are the rights/permissions required to successfully import the template. Do we need to be super admin or admin. ? We don have a Group in Zabbix where we have necessary rights.
Please advise.

You need a user, which can create template group... Only Super admin users can create template groups.

Thanks Cyber. Much appreciated. Also, do we need to first also create a HOST in Zabbix. And may be add macros there like {$ARRAYID} - Serial of Array
{$U4VPATH} - Path to PyU4V.conf file etc. And, then only import the template and then link to that HOST. Is that understanding correct. Or, these two things are independent - Importing any templae and HOST creation part. I mean when a template is imported, it will do all those necessary things which it needs to do (taking care of modules/templates etc) as long as the user is super-duper. Also, will this import of template will break anything else or is independent entity.
Pls advise. Best.

For tempalte import you do not need to create any hosts.
