Hosting Zabbix Database on a Windows Host

Hi

Has anyone tried to use Windows host for the Zabbix server? Both MySQL and Postgres have Windows version, and in theory, we could just run the database creation script in CLI.

Would like to know whether this is possible as Windows host will be easier to increase partition if the hard drive gets full.

It seems possible to use a Windows DB host.

I just don't understand why it'll be easier to expand partition on Windows rather than Linux :/ It's almost the same

well if it is done properly when partitioning the HDD... otherwise Windows is easier...
