I can't see graphs anymore!

Hello guys.
I need help because next week I have to discuss my thesis on Zabbix but now I can't create graphs anymore (yesterday all were fine and I didn't modify anything!)
I explain myself better.
When I go on Configuration->Graphs->Create Graphs the graph is added into the database but it don't appear in the web interface in order to edit it.
Please help me and sorry for my english!

I have resolved because I found another post in the forum.
I think I have to sleep a little more because in this period i sleep four hours a night between work and study!!!

After you see "graph added" did you go back to HOST selection of "all"?

the graph has not been assigned to a machine yet so you have to list ALL hosts
