Unifying the top hosts widget

I'm trying to unify the data for all PCs in one widget, using the TOP HOST, how to combine the data for the space available for windows and Linux in the same column.
i have managed to use PowerShell for the available memory, but for the space available has a unique mechanism, i have tried to modify the prototype unfortunately it did not work

hope there is a solution for to solve this cosmetic error

I "think"... it goes based on same "Item key", not by same "Item name"... SO even if you have items in windows and linux named the same, it will not work in widget.. I am a bit lazy right now to go and test it with couple of items...
