    Using TAG within Item key

As we are migrating to Zabbix I'm creating and testing all sensors.
Nice learning progress there and even created my own template for all the JSON sensors we have.
But 1 thing I can't figure out. And might be a beginners question but did my best to find the solution myself but couldn't find anything.

We have multiple clients where we do the monitoring for so I would like to have the clients name in the trigger alert.
I already tried via tags but that was not accepted as the key.
Also searched for any documentation for it but also nothing.

So is this even possible and what is the best option for this?
If not possible I will copy the same template for each client but so much more work when a change is needed.

    Thanks

"trigger alert" as when you send out some alert, then there should be specific tag included?
{EVENT.TAGS.<tag name>} can be used in Alert message...

Well that looked much easier then I was trying to get this working.
I tried to get that tag in trigger name but that doesn't work unforttunately.

I changed the alert message and happy with that indeed.
We can now remotely see for what client the sensor is.
      Many thanks for that.

To display the name of the client where the trigger originated from (and by client I assume you meant the monitored host name in Zabbix), use {HOST.NAME}. To display a specific Tag present on that monitored host, use {EVENT.TAGS.<tag name>}.
