Cannot execute script by SSH whith KEY, It works fine with username and password

I can successfully ssh with zabbix user on zabbix proxy gives me the error "Failed to import public key: Access denied for 'none'. Authentication that can continue: publickey,password,keyboard-interactive
"
No SELINUX running.

In the Linux shell, the connection with the SSH key works fine.

Any ideas on what might be happening?
