Creating a Zabbix Template for Aruba 650

    Hello, Zabbix Community,

I am trying to set up monitoring for an Aruba 650 controller using Zabbix via SNMP. My goal is to track the number of connected users and create a graph in Zabbix to visualize this data over time. What I Have Tried So Far:
    1. Enabled SNMP on the Aruba 650 and tested basic connectivity.
    2. Used snmpwalk to retrieve available SNMP OIDs, but I am unsure which specific OID reports the current number of connected users.
    3. Checked Aruba MIBs, but I couldn't identify the correct OID for this metric.
    Questions:
    1. What is the correct SNMP OID to retrieve the number of currently connected users on Aruba 650?
    2. Has anyone already created a Zabbix Template for Aruba controllers that includes user monitoring?
    3. Any additional tips on how to structure a Zabbix template for Aruba 650 to monitor user connections efficiently?

If anyone has experience monitoring Aruba controllers with Zabbix and can point me in the right direction, I would greatly appreciate it. Also, if someone has a working Zabbix Template for Aruba 650, sharing it would be extremely helpful.

    Thank you in advance!

    Best regards!!

    Howdy hoo!

    Try find inside this tree
    1.3.6.1.4.1.14823.1.1.19
    Or direcly in 1.3.6.1.4.1.14823.2.3.3.1.2.4.1
    Maybe
    arubaAp .1.3.6.1.4.1.14823.2.3
    wlsrEnterpriseMibModules .1.3.6.1.4.1.14823.2.3.1
    wlsrOutDoorApMibModules .1.3.6.1.4.1.14823.2.3.2
    aiEnterpriseMibModules .1.3.6.1.4.1.14823.2.3.3
If in Web Manager you can see the numeric value, or number of clients connected, compare it to the results you get from walk.

After know the specific OID you need, just translate it into an SNMP Agent item in Zabbix.
