    inactive session

    hi

    i need help,
    i am monitoring active, inactive and total terminal sessions of windows servers 2003 and 2008 by help of both snmp and zabbix agent.

    by snmp ,
    number of active users are not matching to correct sessions it shows value with difference of 3-5 users more compare to real value sessions shows in server.
    i.e if in server active session is 7 then, by snmp we wil get 11 to 12 in zabbix.

    key which i used, HOST-RESOURCES-MIB::hrSystemNumUsers.0

    by zabbix Agent ,
    Active users value shows righ in zabbix
    but inactive users shows 1, in real there is no inactive or disconnect sessions.
    key i used, perf_counter["\Terminal Services\inactive Sessions"]

    pls help me to understand why i am geeting one inactive user in all server and how to make it zero to get right value.

      I am facing the Same issue Please help me to resolve this I ave created two items

      1) perf_counter[\Terminal Services\Inactive Sessions]
      2) perf_counter[\Terminal Services\Active Sessions]

      For Active users it is giving correct value

      For inactive users it is giving wrong value

      Even if there is no any users in the system it is shown as there are 2 user is inactive

      Thanks
