How to Change “Zabbix Server Name”

How does one go about changing the “Zabbix Server Name”? I am referring to the server name shown in the upper-left of the Zabbix dashboard, right underneath the Zabbix logo. This is the server name initially configured during the Zabbix web setup shown here: 6 Web interface installation.

I am using Zabbix 7.2.4 on Ubuntu Server 24.04.2 LTS with MySQL.

I'm actually not sure how it's done with a installation variant as we set have installation with docker containers.
There you set teh ZBX_Servername in an env variable.
However, (we use apache) that value is set to:
/etc/zabbix/web/zabbix.conf.php
I cant say for sure if that is the same scenario for monolith installations but maybe have a look there.
