Windows Service state monitor?

Hello All,

I am wanting to setup zabbix to monitor windows service and need help. I am wanting for zabbix to alert me only if the service recycled number (5 times) of times within 20 minutes. Can someone assist me please? What is the expression should I use to achieve that?
