Lexmark Printer SNMP Paper Jam Help
Hello, I am using the snmp template for lexmark printer published on github. There is no trigger and item that gives paper jam warning in the template suitable for the printer I use, but I found the appropriate snmp oid with snmpwalk and created an item. My problem is that I created a trigger and it is triggered on paper jam error, but it does not close automatically when the problem is solved. When there is no data from SNMP OID, item info gives the error No Such Instance currently exists at this OID. What should I do to make the current trigger so that it is automatically resolved?
