I've been banging my head around this for a day now it makes no sense. I have my agent installed on my system. I have the config line "HostMetadataItem=Custom.systemfact" configured. I then have a "userparameter_windows.conf" file under C:\Program Files\Zabbix\zabbix_agentd.d folder. All this is is read upon the startup of the agent. If I do a zabbix get from the local host and specify this item it retrieves my info no problem. In my zabbix log I get this error over and over "cannot get host metadata using "Custom.systemfact" item specified by "HostMetadataItem" configuration parameter. When I run the powershell script manually I get the information back that I'm expecting. The agent is running as system so perms is not the issue. Any help would be appreciated.
