Hi all. Having an issue where when a problem occurs, the first operation works great, but zabbix never even tries any steps after that. I have unacknoleged issues that are a week old and with a high severity and nothing has happened.
I have an action assigned to "High" severity problems that looks like this:
However, even for issues that have been unacknowledged for 4 days, there is no record of any alerts going out to the Level 2 or Level 3 users. It's as if it's just never escalating. It's not that it fails, I can search all time for any message that's gone to level 2 or level 3 and find none in the action log.
Any ideas what's wrong here? They're admin users with the exact same setup as the level 1 alerting user.
