Here is my issue:

As you can see, if do do a 'slash' mask; and the IP range is then subnetted, I see duplicates hosts for both the network address (".0") and the broadcast address (".63").
How do I frame this out? In my case, I current have 35 subnets in the "10.1.0.0/16" IP range. I do not want perform individual subnet definitions, eg, "10.1.3.1-62","10.1.4.1-62", etc.
