Hi.
I am a newbie using Zabbix 7.0 for monitoring a mixed environment based on Linux, Windows, AIX and Solaris, with a total of ca 1200 hosts.
But I try to understand how to setup some kind of SLA-report.
Each hosts have tags that states
- Environment (like "Dev", "Prod"
- Department that owns/uses the host (like "Accounting", "Sales", "Developers")
- Servicetime of the host (Day = M-F 7-17, Week = M-S 7-17, 24/7 = you got it, 24 hour a day all week
)
I want to autogenerate a PDF-report per department, on monthly basis that presents what the availability of each server had the previous month. The availability should be metered if the monitoring agent have responded or not. I dont want a percentage of a whole group of server but for each and one of them.
And to have it some-what automated if there are hosts added, to base it on tags.
I tried to follow the guide in the Help-section, but it didn't feel like it was applicable to what i was after. It seemed more like "If you have a cluster of servers, you create a top-service based on the service the total cluster delivers".
Can you please help me with this?
