Good Morning,
Is there a way to create a host group and add specific ports of a monitored switch to this group?
We have multiple buildings with multiple switch stacks each. There are devices on the network that do not have SNMP and need monitored via ICMP only. We know the ports in the switches.
If we could take these ports, for example, in Building A, create a template called Building A and add the ports these devices are in as hosts. This way we can get if the port is up/down and the traffic fluctuations.
It would be nice to get these devices organized by building so we can see some basic stuff about the port instead of going to each switch and looking at the port.
Thank You
