Problem resolved by "Resolved by event correlation rule.." not firing action

I have an action that fires when ever a problem changes state. It works fine and the media type posts a webhook to notifiy another system. All is good except , any problem resolved by a event correlation doesnt execute an action.

When i manually close a problem, the action is fired, yet when its closed by the event correlation, no action is fired.


Anyone have any idea?

Too few information... Versions? How the action is configured etc etc...

Using 7.2 You can see that the event correlation is being executed but you will see that no action was performed. All other resolved problems are triggering an action.

Is there any logs to see why notifcations arent sent?

Looksl ike it should work... and some similar cases, that I have, correlated stuff triggers also actions..

Weird, maybe i should recreated the triggers and actions
