How can prevent to show windows services

I added windows host to my zabbix but it showing attached triggers every day . How can fix and block to show such attached items ? Actually I think it creates such services automatically on windows services . for example when disable this trigger it creates other such as name cbdhsvc_54652df and ...

This is one of the most common questions asked in this forum. You could do a little bit of searching and find those answers (modifying macros, used in discovery, to avoid picking up services, that you don't want to monitor)
