Monitor CPU usage of Windows process

I am trying to understand how to create an item to monitor the CPU usage of a Windows process. I am attempting to use proc.cpu.util but have been unsuccessful.
Can someone provide me with information on what I am doing wrong? The process I am trying to monitor is named "ServiceHost.exe" (It is not the same svchost.exe Windows uses). I have attached a screenshot of the item I am trying to create and I am getting an error stating, "Unsupported Item Key".

proc.cpu.util does not work on windows

    The process CPU utilization percentage.
    Return value: Float.
    Supported platforms: Linux, Solaris6.
For windows you should use proc_info or performance counters..
