Zabbix 3.2 API Get all hosts discovered by parent host

I'm trying to get all the host prototypes created by a discovery rule on a specific host.

I think I can use the dhost.get using the druleids, but I'm not quite sure how to get the druleids from the host for this specific discovery or even if this is the best approach for doing this.

What I'm trying to acheive is to find all the HV's and VM's discovered from the Vcentre host using vmbix. From this I plan to pull out status of all HV's and VM's

I did this a different way. As I know the template ID then I just get all hosts with that template attached to a specific proxy. Then I can just iterate through the hosts looking up the info I need.
