vmware performance key problem

Hi, i have a two vcentre in the same version 5.0.1. at the same windows version 2008
I want to monitoring the key vmware.hv.perfcounter[{$URL},{HOST.HOST},"power/power[average]"].
At one of them they working perfectly but on other i have a error "Performance counter data is not available."

Configuration of vcenter user is a "read only" on the all . i dont have any idea where is the problem.

I encountered similar issue recently, attempt to monitor ESXi latency by key vmware.hv.perfcounter[{$URL},{HOST.HOST},"disk/totalLatency[average]"], but with no luck.
