Hello,

I am currently creating an Ansible playbook to automatically download the Zabbix agent. How can I secure it using GPG keys?

I suggest going straight to the developed community code. This repository is good and constantly evolving

For install agent just use role https://github.com/ansible-collectio..._AGENT_ROLE.md

Of course, the issues of adding gpg keys have also been implemented. As a last resort, copy the code from there.

Thanks! How do I test in pre-production with Cygwin? I'm on Windows.

I would still recommend VSL2 for Windows. It's a practically seamless experience and a real ansible.
And if you want to do everything in enterprise manner, there is Molecule in docker

I downloaded the Ubuntu app from the Windows Store to test it — is that okay?

Yes, ubuntu TLS 24.04 is a good choice to start working with ansible. Everything will work in native environment.
