Cannot Associate My Windows Server with Windows Template

It always show me the following error and i cannot associate my windows server host with the windows template. What can i do to make the template work?

Cannot update host ----> Cannot inherit item with key "system.contact[sysContact.0]" of template "Windows by SNMP" to host "XXXXXX", because its inventory field "Contact" is already populated by the item with key "dell.server.contact[sysContact]".

You seem to have another (dell) template assigned to the host, which also populates that filed in inventory... make a choice, which one should do it and disable populating inventory field in other one...

Yes, i had some doubt on related dell template, and disabled all of them but i still cannot use the windows template, the same error all the way...

Disabling item will not help, you need to edit it and remove "Populate inventory field".

My apologies, where is this item config? I kill all other hosts but still the error exists, i cannot monitor windows server...
