Good afternoon everyone, has anyone ever monitored licenses in use in the Caché database? I created a script on the database server and it is collecting everything correctly. I adjusted zabbix_agentd.conf to collect the information on licenses in use, which was what I wanted, and ran it. It worked and gave me the information I wanted. In Zabbix, when I try to create the item, it returns a Timeout message while the script is running. I have already set the timeout to 30 seconds, which was the longest time I could get, but I have not received any feedback. Does anyone have any idea what it could be? Something related to permissions on Linux? The database runs on RedHat Enterprise 8.10. I have been trying for 2 weeks and I cannot reach a verdict.
