I'm looking into upgrading my existing Zabbix server to Zabbix 7.0 LTS.

・Existing server information
　→zabbix_server (Zabbix) 3.4.8
　→mysql Ver 15.1 Distrib 10.2.14-MariaDB, for Linux (x86_64) using readline 5.1

・Question
Please tell me how to upgrade the Zabbix on the above existing server to Zabbix 7.0 LTS. Also, could you tell me any points to be aware of?

There are lot of topics on how to upgrade old versions to latest. You should search forum for those topics...
Mostly it involves installing a side-by-side new environment (with new OS, DB etc) and then recreating your OLD DB schema on new env and let zabbix server do its job and upgrade everything... There are lots of additional things you may need to do later withyour DB, but it is all in upgrade notes...
