SMTP-Switch Aruba

Hello,
I'm trying to add an Aruba Instant On 1930 8G Class 4 PoE 2SFP 124W Switch JL681A via SMTP, but I'm having trouble.
I understand that the SMTP configuration on the switch is fine, because I have been able to retrieve data from Checkmk, but I can't from Zabbix.
Can you help me?

Presumably you mean SNMP (Simple Network Monitoring Protocol), and not SMTP (Simple Mail Transfer Protocol). Right?

Are you sure that you're using the same version of the SNMP protocol on both sides? Are you sure you're using the same SNMP community string on both sides?

I rarely see anyone using SNMPv2. Most people seem to use SNMPv1 or SNMPv3. And if they need authentication and encryption, then only SNMPv3 and they prohibit the use of SNMPv1 or SNMPv2.
