Hi,
I configured the agent on windows to run as a normal program, not as a service (due to the network drive check). I can do it, because these hosts are used only by one user account and they are restarted very rarely.
So usually it is not a problem to use agent in this way. But if a restart happens (rarely, but occurs) then the ping will work, but the host will be unavailable (red) in the Hosts tab and there won't be data received from the host.
I don't know why the built-in agent.ping.nodata function is not working in this case. Because there is no new data from the host.
Do you have any idea how can I check that the agent is running or not?
Thanks in advance!
