How can I write this expression？

I read the value in rclone-sync-status.txt


My expression is written like this, {S3Sync_192.168.3.122:rclone.sync.status.last()}=" failure"
But it keeps reporting an error. How should I write this expression?
When failure appears in my rclone-sync-status.txt file, it will alarm, and if it is success, it will recover

No knowing which version of zabbix you use is hard to guess what is correct.
Since zabbix 6.0 trigger expresions start like last(//item...)
You probably use a expression found by google which is related to zabbix 5 or older.
