Prevent agent flapping

I am trying to prevent agent unreachable flaps with hysteresis on a trigger (no data for 5 minutes, back up for more than 20 minutes):

`({TRIGGER.VALUE}=0&{Template App Zabbix Agent:agent.ping.nodata(5m)}=1) | ({TRIGGER.VALUE}=1&{Template App Zabbix Agent:agent.ping.min(20m)}=1)`

But i get the following error: `Incorrect trigger expression. Check expression part starting from "0&{Template App Zabbix Agent:agent.ping.nodata(5m)}=1)|({TRIGGER.VALUE}=1 &{Template App Zabbix Agent:agent.ping.min(20m)}=1)".`

Any idea what i am doing wrong?

OK so i changed it for the below:

({TRIGGER.VALUE}=0 and {Template App Zabbix Agent:agent.ping.nodata(5m)}=1) or ({TRIGGER.VALUE}=1 and {Template App Zabbix Agent:agent.ping.min(20m)}=1)

However it is not recovering, any ideas what i am doing wrong?

Actually, the trigger sentence look good. Can you please try to minimize the the time intervals to something like nodata(1m) and min(4m) to troubleshoot it faster?
You can also review the received the values for an item in Latest data -> Graph -> switch to values to ensure that all pings are received correctly.
